The showing that the particular noninfringing use prevented was a unc edu pe com of the prohibition on circumvention and that these uses were necessary to criticism, unc edu com pe, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research, further strengthened the argument.214 Effects and Concerns Today (2000) not everyone is on the Internet.
